We are nearing the end of our early greenhouse harvest season, and so we'll be clearing our spring crops out over the next few weeks to make room for new plantings.  This week, it's the last of the beets from the greenhouse - and the cold rainy weather we've been having means it'll be a few weeks before the beets in the field are ready.  So, if it's the sweet, earthy flavor of beets you're looking for, now's your last chance to grab them before they take a hiatus!
